Gitfyio is a platform that provides enterprise-grade Git hosting, CI/CD, and related DevOps tools that can run on your own domain. The scope of the Service may be updated from time to time.

The scope and fees of paid plans are described on our pricing page. The terms of the free plan offered to startups and young developers may change. Price changes are announced in advance.
7. Service Level and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide high availability; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gitfyio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service is provided “as is”.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
